用途
口罩本体机，亦称口罩打片机，是用于自动化生产多层材质平面口罩成品之机台，可使用1-5层PP纺粘无纺布 活性炭以及过滤材料，整个机台从原材料入料到鼻线插入，封边，裁切成品均为一条线自动化作业，根据所使用的原材料不同，可以达到如N95，FFP2等不同的标准。平面口罩生产设备性能稳定，产量高，不良率低，易于操作。口罩本体机外加封边机和耳带机就能做出不用样式的口罩。
Application:
The main part for mask machine, it is a machine for automatic production of multi-layer material mask products, it can use 1-5 layers non woven, carbon and filter materials. The whole machine from raw material input to nose clip inside, sealing and cuting are whole automatic production line, it can make different stander mask(such as N95, FFP2, Disposable) depends on different material. Our disposable mask machine stable performance, high output, low defect rate, easy to operate. The machine make some types mask with sealing machine and earloop welding machine.
